If you are registering a new student, please choose the GRADE and YEAR carefully.  If you are registering your child for September of 2021, please choose the year 21-22 and the appropriate grade.

Important!   If your child is currently attending any Dennis-Yarmouth school, do not fill out a
registration form.  They are already registered and we will transfer them to the appropriate
grade or school automatically.

Please Note the Following:

Children entering kindergarten need to be 5 years of age before September 1, 2021.

Documentation needed at registration includes:  Birth Certificate or Passport; Complete Immunization Record; Proof of Lead Screening, Proof of Current Physical Examination; Proof of Residency (current utility bill, lease agreement, tax bill, etc); and completed Kindergarten Registration Packet or Registration Packet.
