Important!   If your child is currently attending any Dennis-Yarmouth school, do not fill out a registration
form.  They are already registered and we will transfer them to the appropriate grade or school automatically.

Documentation needed at registration include:  Birth Certificate (from the town) or Passport; current immunizations; proof of lead screening; proof of residency (utility bills, bank statement, lease agreement, tax bill, etc); and Registration Packet.
