If you are registering a new student, please choose the GRADE and YEAR carefully.  To register a student for the current year, please choose 18-19.  If you are registering your child for Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade or 3rd Grade for September of 2019, please choose the year 19-20 and the appropriate grade K, 1, 2 or 3.

Important!   If your child is currently attending any Dennis-Yarmouth school, do not fill out a registration
form.  They are already registered and we will transfer them to the appropriate grade or school automatically.

Please Note the Following:

Children entering kindergarten need to be 5 years of age before September 1, 2019.

Documentation needed at registration include:  Birth Certificate (from the town) or Passport; current immunizations; proof of lead screening; proof of residency (current utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, tax bill, etc); and, Kindergarten or Registration Packet.
